Spring Equinox
Season Specials are designed as an extended version of our Group Sessions, with a stronger focus on active practice. Throughout the year, there are several significant dates, and on these cosmic days, I aim to create more space for deeper, personal transformation.
This practice is meant to help integrate insights and experiences that often get overlooked in our busy lives. In addition to connecting with the unseen, we will also use creative tools such as journaling and sketching to help manifest intentions or reflect on personal development.
I offer an online practice so you can join from where ever you are, 90 minutes to guide you connect with yourself and the unseen, creating space to receive and engage with what often doesn’t have a place in our daily life.
