And YES, even the unpleasant ones — the ones that create unease, that we try to push away, to make disappear so we can move forward as quickly as possible.
But within the discomfort lies the answer.
The answer to our resistance, pain, problems, and the patterns that no longer serve us.
What to expect:
The Workshop is divided into three main parts:
1. Feel Your Body
Somatic practices for relaxation, breathing, meditation, and mantra chanting
Body scan technique
2. Theory of Feeling
Exploring the definition of emotions vs. feelings
Understanding the nuances of feelings — a closer look at the four primary ones: anger, joy, fear, and sadness
The theory of conscious feelings and their archetypes
Moving beyond the negative vs. positive definitions of feelings
Exploring the heart space and its magnetic power
Practical group exercise to embody and integrate the theory
3. Experience Your Feelings
Learning to communicate with your feelings and body in a practical way
Understanding your feelings as a supportive inner system
How to sit with discomfort
